On the surface, it’s just a gray-blue skirt, but Hussein Chalayan has a way of rewriting the basics: a double-layered front-fall design with functional button details that feel almost utilitarian, balanced by an invisible side zip for clean lines. Cut above the knee in soft twill cotton, it’s the kind of piece that pretends to be ordinary until you realize it’s anything but. Skirt is in excellent worn condition, has a small tear at back hem (pictured).
