Important Vintage Issey Miyake Skirt/Dress with Fringe, sz M. Cotton. Excellent vintage condition. Perhaps a precursor to the Issey Miyake Plantation range, this one's earlier. One of the best I've seen! Top later can be gathered and tied around the neck as a dress.
