Condition Standards

Our Condition Standards

We want you to feel confident in every purchase, so we carefully check each item for quality, authenticity, and overall condition. To keep things simple, we use six categories to describe each piece: Pristine, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, or As Is.

Pristine

Brand new items.

• Fashion: Includes tags, box, and dust bag.
• Jewellery: Comes with its box and/or pouch, and may or may not include tags.

Excellent

Like new, just without the tags.

• Fashion: Clearly unused, though tags, boxes, or dust bags may not be included.
• Jewellery: May have been lightly handled.

Very Good

Gently loved with only light signs of wear.

• Clothing & Shoes: Small marks or slight fading.
• Handbags & Accessories: Lightly worn corners, faint scratches, or minimal interior wear.
• Jewellery: Minor scratches, nicks, or tiny dents.

Good

Well-loved with noticeable but moderate wear.

• Clothing & Shoes: Moderate marks or creasing.
• Handbags & Accessories: Worn corners, scratches, or moderate interior wear.
• Jewellery: Moderate scratches, nicks, or dents.

Fair

Heavily worn with clear signs of use.

• Clothing: May have seam splits or missing embellishments.
• Shoes: Possible heavy scuffs or discolouration.
• Handbags & Accessories: Heavily worn corners, scratches, or well-used interiors.

As Is

For the fixer-uppers and collectors.

• Fashion: Significant wear and may need repair (e.g., broken hardware, holes, or tears).
• Jewellery: Requires repair.
