Vintage YSL Yves Saint Laurent Plaid Sweater Dress. Marked sz medium, also fits small. I can't read Japanese, but this is marked 85% some material and 15% some other material - my guess is cotton and silk, as it's quite soft. Possibly cotton and poly? It does not feel like wool, and is quite lightweight. The measurements are approx. 18" underarm-underarm, 36" length, 23" sleeve.
